Part of the Great American Restaurants chain, you can rely on good food and service at reasonable prices. My friend had Lobster Bisque ($8) and a Chop House Salad ($10). I had my favorite Hickory Grilled Chicken Breast ($19). The Ozzies are always a Bread Basket Favorite ($1).

A rare negative review for a Great American restaurant. Food was ok not as top tier as normal and the ribs were partly burnt. Several items we ordered we were told long after the order was placed that they were not available(which happens nbd, just good to know before waiting 15 minutes) and waited 25 minutes just for bread to then have the wrong bread delivered. The manager was helpful, however was not our server and we had to call for service to order our entrees after being there for 25 minutes and having a heavily delayed appetizer.
Maybe an off night have not had this experience here (or any other Great American restaurant) previously but will definitely consider before returning.

Until today this was my favorite restaurant. My waitress and the manager on duty do not know the meaning of customer service. My husband and I went for lunch. I ordered the dinner sized portion of the pork chops. Normally they come with a brown butter sauce, but it contains mushroon stock in it. I have a mushroom allergy and informed my server of it and ordered it it without the brown butter sauce. That is what I have done everytime I have ever been there. The food arrived and I started cuttind up the pork chop (only one was brought to me, they served me the lunch portion instead of the dinner portion like I had ordered). I noticed mushrooms and notified my server, mind you I never ate a bite. She apologized and said she forgot to tell the cook no sauce and warn them of my allergy. She took my plate and was going to have them fix it. The manager came over and apologized also. They both offered us a free dessert, I said no thank you, and said they would remove the porkchop from the bill. Meanwhile my husband ate his meal and I snacked on chips waiting for my food to arrive. She came back with the bill and no food. I asked to speak to the manager again after anothe 15 minutes passed. 30 minutes in total. He came to the table and I asked him the status of my order. He replied oh you wanted us to remake it? I was like thats what we have been sitting here for, he was like oh. He said we took the porkchops off the bill. I was like I hope so. I would hope you wouldnt charge me for a meal that could hurt me! We paid for the meal I watched my husband eat and left. I have been a customer there for over 15 years, that was the qorst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go back!
