  Peter knows Mercedes like nobody else. We've been taking our cars there for maintenance and service for 20 years. He's meticulous, reasonable, and doesn't overcharge. He's taken such great car of our cars!!

  I have a 2007 Mercedes Diesel 320, and I took it to a shop to resolve a transmission issue. After paying $2,000 for the repairs, I encountered transmission problems again in less than a month. I assumed their work came with a guarantee, but Mr. Peter informed me that this was a different fault and I would need to pay for repairs again. I can buy a used transmission for about $1,000, but I believe it's better to choose a proper repair.

  Usually don't write reviews online, but felt the need. We used Silver Star Motors for an older Mercedes a few years ago and had a good experience with routine maintenance. Now with two newer Mercedes, we got the pre-paid maintenance plans so we haven't used Silver Star in a while. Came in today because I had a nail in my front tire, and they were very professional and quick with the fix. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Would recommend them for any aftermarket maintenance needs.

  I brought a used Mercedes coupe to Silver Star Motors for a pre-purchase inspection. It took an hour, cost $150 and was money well spent to discover potential problems with the vehicle. Very pleasant and educational experience. I would suggest that any Mercedes owner consider this shop for service. Highly recommend.
