Silver Recruiting of Virginia (SROVA) is the brainchild of Jeff Miller, who was also the creator of Sales Recruiters of Virginia, the highly successful placement agency for salespeople. SROVA is a way of getting our talented senior citizens back in the work force.
There is a vast amount of talented people out there eager and ready to work. It is our silver generation, seasoned professionals that are in semi or full retirement, that have been successful in their professional lives, and want to get back in the work force. They want to feel relevant again.
