  Cameron and Tyler were very knowledgeable of their process and very thorough with their inspection. They gave me a loaner car while I was battling the warranty company and dealership on a bad deal handed to me. They let me keep it an extra day when it was decided that repairs would not be completed at their shop. They answered my frequent persistent calls courteously and gave me so much relevant information and supported through this process. They offered a shuttle service when I first dropped off my car for inspection and Gary(?) picked me up from work to get my loaner. I can't say enough good things about them because they were the biggest advocates for me to get answers from the dealer and the warranty company on this stressful, unfortunate situation. I would go back to them to get something fixed, God willing not too soon. They seem to have a lot of customers that they take care of and have a solid team that knows what they're doing and that's all I can ask for as a customer.

  Car was eventually done after day after day after day. Every time I called to check on progress they had excuse after excuse. Finally had to call the president of the company to get them to finish the work on my car. It was originally to be done on Aug 29th. Got it back Sept 8th.

  I had a problem diagnosed with one of my tires and they determined that there was an irreparable puncture. Because has just purchased the tires somewhere else they were very understanding of my returning to the previous vendor to have the tires somewhere else replaced. Tyler was straightforward and very easy to work with. They gained two new customers with my wife and I.

  Had some work done at another reputable service shop and they let me know I had a small leak in my brakes. Informed Silver Lake that I would be coming back to them as they had repaired my brakes 3 months prior. I noticed when I left the other shop my brake light was on and I didn't seem to be able to brake. They topped off my brake fluid and told me to pump the brakes and I would be fine. I barely made it 10 miles before my brake light was on and I could hardly stop again. The fluid was empty and there was a puddle by my tire. The other shop was closed and no way to contact anyone or leave a message to let them know the dangerous position I was now in and still 20 minutes from home. Sent a text to Silver Lake to let them know I wouldn't be able to bring my car in the next morning as planned because of my situation and Tyler called me and said to purchase brake fluid at the Walmart I was parked at and drive the 5 miles to their shop instead of home and they would give me a courtesy vehicle to make sure I was safe and stayed open an extra 30 minutes to do so. Found the issue and repaired everything free of charge. Unmatched service from Silver Lake. Tyler in particular is a superstar. Great shop. Clean and friendly. Straightforward communication and pricing expectations. No one likes to have car issues, but when I do I will be going to Silver Lake from now on.

  Tyler and his team at Silver Lake Auto and Tire are incredible. I had no idea there was a screw in my tire when I left work, but they took me in right before closing—and had it fixed in under 20 minutes. Tyler told me his techs were just wrapping up their last car for the day and about to head out, but instead, they stayed late to take care of mine. They didn’t have to, and they asked nothing in return. I’ve been loyal to another local shop for over 10 years, and I’ve never experienced this level of service or responsiveness. Silver Lake Auto and Tire just gained a new loyal customer. Their kindness and professionalism were so appreciated, I ended up paying it forward. That’s how exceptional they were.
