It was the end of the work day for them and I knew it was a stretch that they would even be able to get me in. I spoke to Garrett who was manning the desk and explained my predicament. Much to my surprise and delight he squeezed me in! He was super friendly and understood that I didn't have any other option that late in the day. When I took out my wallet to pay for mounting and balancing the tire, he refused to take payment. He explained that he understood and just wanted to help. I didn't even purchase the new tire from them, I brought it in with me. These guys really do care about people, not just making money!

Just recently I developed a vibration towing my boat.They checked every possible thing that could have caused this & could not find the problem. This might be a trailer issue which they would be willing to drive with me towing the boat to further help me, Silver Lake is very professional in all they do! They provide you with a full inspection of your vehicle listing every repair that may be needed. They do not pressure you to have these done, just pointing out the level of priority it needs to be done. Kind of like going to the doctor, once you go in they find everything wrong with you😳 Again, no pressure by them. You also get the detailed report including photos of the issues for you to decide. I highly recommend Silver Lake for all of your vehicle needs!
