  Foreman said he was going to work with me to extend my curb ramp, instead he proceeded to pour a standard sidewalk. When confronted about the issue he walked away instead of trying to come to a resolution.

  First off there is a reason this company has two stars. They are absolutely awful !! My first most serious complaint would be their lack of safety knowledge. There is a double turn lane turning onto the street they're doing work on and most professional companies know if your work vehicle is going to be blocking the entire right lane you should probably block off the turning lane as well so that cars are not turning in a double turn lane when there's only a single lane to go in. That almost caused a big accident this morning in the middle of a busy intersection!!!!!! And second they are rude and unprofessional. I was outside for about 30-45 minutes during lunch break. The guy direct traffic he was rude and acted like these drivers are stupid when they're not knowing where to go there is only one way out of this building to get onto northbound Kipling so they're directing cars into a parking lot. They clearly didn't Have a game plan for a detour route to allow all the people from this multi business complex to get in and out. And the third thing I just noticed one of the guys has his truck parked directly in front of my vehicle. So if he's not gone by the time I get out of work I'm not gonna be able to get out!! Not sure if he didn't see the big gray SUV that's right next to his truck or if he flat out just didn't care which I think the latter is probably the case... anyhow the reviews are definitely accurate do not hire this company for your personal needs but unfortunately I think the city is the one who hires them go figure the cheapest ones

  Silva Construction is completing work around the C-470 and Kipling area by the business park, and I was very impressed with their professionalism. Their traffic control was well-organized, which kept things moving smoothly and minimized disruption to nearby businesses. The crews worked quickly and efficiently, clearly making an effort to finish the job without unnecessary delays. The job site was very clean daily after concrete and prep work. Saw cuts and markings were done far in advance so anyone would be able to tell that work is coming soon. What stood out most was their attention to safety. From what I observed, they appeared to follow OSHA and other safety guidelines very closely, which gave me confidence that the work was being done responsibly. Overall, Silva Construction delivered quality results while keeping the community in mind. This has to be a reason why Jeffco Roads and Bridges awarded the contract to them.

  I was driving my child to his school bus stop when one of their trucks ignored a stop sign and pulled out in front of me at speed. There were about a half dozen other children in the area walking to the same bus stop. They are a dangerous and inconsiderate company.

  They gave notice to residents about sidewalks being replaced a month ago and that vehicles needed to be moved. Nothing happened for weeks. I reached out to the project manager to ask when it was happening and he said another 48 hour notice would come beforehand. I never get anything else and wake up one morning to them ripping out the sidewalks and lifting it and dropping into a truck that is parked literally 1 foot away from my vehicle. I would have moved my vehicle if I knew this was going to happen. So much opportunity for damage to other vehicles. They are lucky nothing happened. I reached out to the project manager with no response. This obviously is an issue as others have had property damage from work this company has done in residential areas. They have no respect or regard for people’s crap. It’s one thing to need the public to accommodate with them, that’s fine, do what you need to do. At the very least respect people’s property. Life is expensive, and cars are way too expensive to fix. It’s really not that hard.
