- YLYongseok LeeAug 21, 20255.0The best jiu-jitsu gym in Dallas! Professor John, grew up in a jiu-jitsu family, provides high level classes. You will see great technics and right mindset for training and growth, and learn essential of jiu-jitsu in his classes. Also his students have good fundamentals and welcome anyone starting their jiu-jitsu journey. I've trained at many gyms so far from Korea to the US but his instruction is absolutely one of the best.

The dojo instructors plan additional events, most recently celebrating the graduation of three students. This sense of community is pretty rare in my experience, and the credit really goes to Joao and Summer for BJJ and the overall environment, and to Bill and the other sensei's for the Judo and Aikido programs.

Very family oriented and an amazing place to train for all levels of experience whether you are doing it to compete or just for a hobby. This academy has jujitsu classes for adults but also kids classes, as well as other forms of martial arts like sambo and judo as well.
