  Ricky was awesome! I’m in roofing business in Indiana. My mum lives in Mountain Home and needed a roof. Another company came out to talk to her and gave her an over the top price, with entry level materials, no ice water etc. and had her sign a contract. I spoke to the guy and said hey man I’m in the industry why you screwing my 85 year old mother over? I had my mother cancel contract with in the 3 day window. So I took matters into my own hands and checked to see who is a GAF Master Elite in the area. Signature Roofing came up. I called and Ricky answered the phone. I told him what’s what and sent him an Eagle view. He looked at it and gave me a quote for superior shingles, ice water etc with Gold pledge warranty and was still able to save my mother over $6K. Ricky went out next day meet my mum, inspected roof and booked the job and got it installed all within 2 weeks. Thank you for an excellent job, customer service and giving my mother a fair market price on a 1st class roof!   Our roof was 23 years old. We got several quotes, and one from Rickie with Signature Roofing. It wasn't the least expensive quote, but I really liked him from the beginning, so I called him to learn more about the job. The fact is, they do a really outstanding job on your roof... On ours they installed a ridge vent and these really cool appliances for the pipes that come up (they look really great!), architectural shingles that were better than those quoted by the other guys, and we got the gold plan which is a 50 year guarantee! They came out and did the job in a day, which was a strip of of the old roof and all new sheeting and shingles. The crew was friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. One last thing. After we said we wanted the roof, there's that period of time before it happens where you wonder if you made the right decision. I knew we picked the best choice for the price and that they were professional and would do a good job, so I didn't have to worry about it.

  I had a small leak around a roof vent and some shingles had blown off. Marlin came over and fixed it almost immediately and then called a few days later after a rain storm to make sure he had fixed the leak! Great company, excellent customer service, I highly recommend and appreciate them!❤️

  Signature Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Ricky went above and beyond to take of us. We were looking to do both paint and roofing and he had someone in mind to do the paint work and worked the schedule out between the two of them to make sure the project went off without a hitch. The price offered was very competitive and I was really impressed with the crew. The 50yr warranty is a plus and the roof looks fantastic.

  I recently had my entire roof replaced by Signature Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the results and the entire process. The quality of the work is fantastic, but what truly set this experience apart was the service provided by my contact, Irvin. From start to finish, Irvin did an excellent job communicating every step of the way—from scheduling and material delivery to project timelines and final inspection. I never had to wonder what was happening or when. Irvin went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. He was professional, highly attentive, and clearly committed to a great customer experience. It’s rare to find that level of dedication.
