Every year the say they are going to do inspection to see how the units are to make improvements but that NEVER happens. I’ve been living her for 4 years, my walls need to be painted. They say I have to do it yet I have carpet. My carpet is stained again I have to clean it. Maintenance came to fix our outlets and left it unpleasing to the eye. My blinds are broken and don’t turn in one direction but I have to pay $5 for each blind that’s messed up. Majority of my outlets are loose so the plugs do not stay plugged. Both bathroom tubs get clogged everyday so while showering I have to use the plunger 🪠 to help the water go down. Other than that it’s safe, staff is nice but they just need to do a little better. Rent goes up but apartments are falling apart.
