  My trunk is full of tools and camping gear and I needed to pull everything out so I can clean it and they were willing to help me make a choice and work with me even though they were really busy and I didn't want to take up too much space for too long. I really appreciate that because services in the community are important and I appreciate you offering services and trying to help your neighbors and I will continue to use this wash the membership isn't too bad for the price point the bug protection is expensive and I wish I could have got that. I drive a hunk of junk and I don't make a lot of money so I can't afford to do these things and the way that they ran their business I definitely look forward to using this in the future as well. This is the second location that I've used this service thank you for being consistent

  Every other one of these car washes in Reno, they scan your barcode or their scanner reads your RF sticker in the window in the arm goes up, and you drive it straight into the car wash. This one you have to wait for them to scan your barcode and they’re too busy to do that they seem to be chatting with their friends or talking with somebody else, and you have to wait. And wait. And wait.

  Just don't dry very good Does not clean back of car always have to wipe it down And they stop give rags but pay almost 40 bucks crazy

  $14 for the lowest price wash which did not even clean the car (did not remove a few spots of bird poop or even a dead bug from the windshield) then the worker who sprays the car at the beginning of the wash pounded on the window saying that I was “driving through the wash” and yelled at me to put it in neutral while I was in neutral the whole time… don’t go here
