  That so called manager Bernice should be held accountable for her lack of professionalism, she was extremely rude to me and the other customers and also messed my order up. I ordered a burger without tomatoes since I’m allergic, with onion rings, and an additional side of onion rings. When I told her I was allergic to tomatoes she rolled her eyes at me and told me she’d take care of it. My burger came with tomatoes and I didn’t receive my additional onion rings. I have worked in multiple restaurant, you do not treat customers the way she did. Honestly I wish that I had walked out as soon as she started being rude to me because the food was not worth it seeing as how I didn’t get what I paid for and could only eat the one side of onion rings. I will give this place a few more chances due to the front staff that are amazing with customer service, but if I don’t see any improvement on that so called manager I will make sure to talk to corporate and get it sorted out effected immediately

  Best Experience ever, it was my very first time at showmars and this special employee walked me trough the menu with patience, and care, she took the time to explained the menu, she was amazing, very profesional, Ms: Berenise was very enthusiastic, she is a very hard working women the whole time i was there. thanks to her my experience was very pleasean the food was Great, and services was fast. plus waitress was amazing as well the whole team was, i'm coming back thank you!

  I’ve been here a few times now, the woman(Berenice) who took my order the first time I went messed it up, I figured it was just a mistake since they do happen and figured I’d try again another day. The second and third time Ive come she took my orders and they all got messed up again, when I told her she processed to go and put the blame for the messed up orders on a younger girl who had nothing to do with it. Every time I came in here she was also talking down to her coworkers. Everyone else there was nice however this one lady made it an extremely unenjoyable experience.

  I had an amazing experience at Showmars! I usually don’t write reviews unless my experience is really bad, but this visit was just the icing on the cake. I typically stop by Showmars at least once a week with my family, but the service had started to decline a few months ago. I really dislike sitting there and watching the managers degrade their employees. However, the food has always been good—no complaints there. After a few months, I decided to give Showmars another try, and I was pleasantly surprised. The young girl who waited on us treated my family like royalty. She was very attentive and brought us everything we needed, and we can be a needy family! She delivered exceptional service with a smile and excellent manners, which seems to be rarer these days. One thing I’m not a fan of is how they let their employees know when food is ready to go out. There are a lot of loud voices and ringing bells, which can be distracting and rude when they’re assisting customers. Nevertheless, this young girl made our first family outing back to Showmars truly wonderful. She definitely deserves a big round of applause, and I hope someone takes notice of her outstanding service! Thanks Kayla for being a superstar at Showmars!
