I also appreciate that the floral shop called me about substitutions before delivery. The only thing I wish was that I could have received a picture prior to delivery since there were substitutions made just to visibly see the finished product. I have to trust that the flowers are beautiful since I can’t be there to see but this would be a nice feature to have even if only for substitution scenarios.
