I strongly recommend seeking out another dealership, mechanic, or service shop before considering this one. The staff consistently demonstrate carelessness, sloppy workmanship, and—frankly—an unwillingness to meet even basic standards. I used to enjoy bringing my vehicle in for oil changes and maintenance, but since Shottenkirk took over nearly three years ago, the experience has steadily declined. Initially, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, especially after hearing it was a family-owned business. I wanted to support them. But after repeated disappointments, I can no longer justify spending my hard-earned money here. While I understand losing one customer may not matter to them, it matters to me. I’ll be taking my business to a place that at least makes an effort to show appreciation and respect for its customers.
