I’ve removed my previous positive review because I no longer believe Shottenkirk Hyundai of Rome provides exceptional service. At best, their service is subpar. I strongly recommend seeking out another dealership, mechanic, or service shop before considering this one.
The staff consistently demonstrate carelessness, sloppy workmanship, and—frankly—an unwillingness to meet even basic standards. I used to enjoy bringing my vehicle in for oil changes and maintenance, but since Shottenkirk took over nearly three years ago, the experience has steadily declined.
Initially, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, especially after hearing it was a family-owned business. I wanted to support them. But after repeated disappointments, I can no longer justify spending my hard-earned money here.
While I understand losing one customer may not matter to them, it matters to me. I’ll be taking my business to a place that at least makes an effort to show appreciation and respect for its customers.

My salesman Tyler was great, lots of fun and personable. Mason and the entire team were fantastic. They would be a lot better if they weren't Georgia fans. GO VOLS!

Very good service, they have Driver driving me home during the service time and also the driver pick me up to get back my car after service is done. We always like to use the place.

Do not do business with these people, they said my battery tested bad and tried to charge me nearly $500 for a new one, went to auto zone and their machine said ever was fine. Don’t let them try to scam you, your wife, or your grandma!
