  First time dealing with this company and the last. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Showed up unprepared for the job and was treated poorly as if it was my fault his work order was not filled out properly. Never would I speak to a customer in the manner I was. Thankfully the other company that stepped in was able to take care of everything professionally. Speaking with other vendors on this job site they, as well, had similar experience with this particular employee.

  Always on time. Comes as soon as he's available. Does a great job and explains how things work so I can take proper care of my equipment. He even fixed something no charge bc it took him 1 minute. The best.

  Really happy with the customer service and speedy service from Shorkey. Had another company install our HVAC system this past fall and our refrigerant was low when we started up our central air this summer. Tried contacting the other company on 3 different occasions and each time they blew me off. Called Ryan this morning and he was at our house by 11am, refrigerant replaced and re soldered 3 leaky spots on the refrigerant line. I would highly recommend Shorkey heating and cooling.
