- JWJessa WarnerMar 28, 20232.0This experience started off a bit confusing, because the name on the FB page and google maps was different from the store front inside HarMar. When I called they were very nice and able to get me in last minute, the ladies were nice, I had said what I wanted done to the dress, it seemed like my request was understood and the price was totally fair. I came by a few days later to pick up the dress, the door was locked and the lights were off. So I came back an hour later, they still weren't done with it. I came back another hour later, it wasn't done, and then I sat there while they finished it - but when I tried it on, it was not what we agreed to do for the change, it did not look like how it was supposed to, the top was lopsided and there were strings all over. I think it was just clear that they had forgotten about my order and what the plan was and tried to do it quick last minute. I ended up having to take it home and hand sew hours before the event to fix it.
