We previously used ARS rescue router and had the most awful experience multiple times with technicians trying to upsell us and lying to us about the actual problems. Our unit stop blowing cold air overnight. We called at seven in the morning and Albert was here by 9:30 AM. Diagnosed the problem immediately and it’s now 11:25 AM and we’re back up and running. It’s rare to have good, honest service like this and we will use Shoreline every single time going forward!
