  Justin is knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He knows lake vegetation! Shoreline Aquatics is managing the remediation of our 24-acre lake and doing a great job at that!

  Kudos and a big 5 star thank you to Shoreline Aquatics for their excellent service. Two young men installed a fountain on our pond today. They were friendly, courteous, and certainly knew their business. My husband had just said to me " Now we'll see if the company calls to see if we're satisfied. That's the mark of a good business." he said. No sooner we're the words out of his mouth, when the phone rang, it was Justin the salesman who guided us through this purchase. We feel our money was we'll spent. We recommend Shoreline Aquatics services to everyone who has a lake or small pond.

  Whether you need a brand new pond built or need some kind of maintenance work done on an existing pond, don’t waste your time and energy talking to anyone other than Justin Diss. We live in Mattoon and Justin just finished building us a terrific 1+ acre pond on our property. He used our space to its maximum potential and communicated with us as well or better than any contractor we’ve ever used for anything. Prior to getting connected with Justin we had a nightmare experience attempting to use a different contractor to build our pond. We moved to Mattoon over 2 years ago and bought a property with the main objective of adding a pond. We were referred to someone who lives just 10 minutes from us who was highly recommended and was supposedly the “local pond expert”. He promised to do our pond but was “busy” so we would have wait a year. We waited the year and confirmed with him five times over that year that he was going to do the work. At the very end, after we had waited a total of about 18 months, he claimed to be a week away from starting but eventually left us hanging and never showed up. So we began searching all over again and eventually got connected with Justin. The very first time Justin showed up at our property to look at our project (and before we paid him anything), he brought a mini excavator with him and dug a test hole just to make sure our site was viable. In total we had about 8 or 9 contractors look at our project, and Justin was the obvious choice to make it happen. He was not the cheapest, but there plenty of contractors out there who are perfectly willing to dig you a big hole without really knowing what they are doing when it comes to building a pond. It was only about 5 months between the time Justin first looked at our project and the time it was complete and it probably would have been faster but it took us a little time to get the funds together in order to make it happen.

  I found Justin to be very professional and knowledgeable. Our family lake house pond was coated with duck weed. Justin put chemicals in and it is totally gone, just as he said it would be. Highly recommend.
