  Prompt to respond to my request for septic service at my home. Their office was polite and accommodating in setting up a date and window of time when the truck would be in my neighborhood. The man that came to service the tank was nice and did a fine job. This being my first time living in a home with a septic system and having to get it pumped, it was overall an easy, straightforward experience. Thanks!

  Our sand mound was starting to overflow with water; I googled this issue and everything I read said call a professional immediately. I reached out to about 4 companies trying to get someone out to take a look. I called JL Martin and Sons and the receptionist told me the owner was in the area and would stop by shortly. Brett came to our house about 30 minutes later and spent a good hour or two at our property trying to narrow down the reason or reasons for the issues. Once we figured out the best plan of action, Brett sent me a proposal within 24 hours. I called a few other companies to shop price and decided to go with JL Martin and Son. First of all they fit me in the calendar around my availability and then they came out and did all of the work in one day. JL Martin and Sons definitely earned my business for years to come.

  This company has bent over backwards to help out my family during our move to a new home! After a faulty pump went bad, Brett came out on his own time to check things out. He explained the entire process to us about what went wrong and what needed to be done to fix the issues. He gave us a great quote and performed a professional level of expertise! I highly recommend this company for any septic needs!
