First off, parking is now $15 when it used to be free. 2nd. We ordered our tickets online and there was nothing on the site saying that 5-7 rides INCLUDING THE LAZY RIVER was CLOSED. 3rd. We paid FULL PRICE for having 5-7 rides shut down. That’s a slap in the face personally to not even discount the tickets. Overall we had an okay time. But this was not worth $135$ for 2 people with those rides shut down.

We've had tickets for over a month to come with family including kids of all ages and grandparents. We reserved an upgraded cabana for us a bigger space with a fan. Get to the gate this morning to find 4-5 of the rides closed due to yearly maintenance! The closed rides included the lazy river! All the grandparents were looking forward to the lazy river. 😥 Oh and the upgraded cabanas are located by the lazy river and they are closed too!!!!! Who does maintenance during season!?!? Oh yeah, the new owners!! They also charge $15 to park now, first time ever, and the whole park is cashless. You have to purchase an armband and add money to it to purchase anything!!! Do better new owners! 😡 Definitely thinking about a different water park for our yearly family gathering!!!

Half of the attractions are closed!!! This place is straight BS we will NEVER be back. Oh and if you are not a season pass holder you cannot buy a souvenir cup...who has ever heard some bullshit like that, I am not paying $6 for a small watered down soda. Then to top it off i had 2 fraudulent charges on my card when we left.

Went in the morning and got rained on. They said a “Rain Check” would be sent to my email, but I received nothing. It’s been 2 months. 👎🏽 *UPDATE* —> I was given an email to contact and didn’t waste any time, I explained what happened and they updated me with an official valid rain check within the same day. Thank you for your kindness and understanding, I can’t wait to return!

This water park has really went downhill the past couple years horribly. We had been buying season passes for our family for many years and went to get them last spring and soon as we walked up you knew there was a big change and not a good one either. First thing they wanted was to pay to park in a dirt parking lot and we’ve never been charged to park then to go through our towel bag because they are afraid of bringing in snacks i guess and this has never happened. them get to the ticket office and they won’t take cash anymore then you have to use a card at the locker instead of just walking up paying your 10$ and getting a key. Then the lazy river had so many empty floats but there not allowed to remove them as they always had bee before. the lifeguards just look miserable and unhappy to even be there. And on top of that the family raft both ta slides and part of the kids area were closed but they still charged everyone full price. So i don’t know what is going on here but someone really needs to rethink their decision on this situation or us local people are going to stop completely and it will only be the tourist and i don’t think they realize just how many of us support them much as we do. in 2023 my family alone would average spending the 400$ on tickets plus 60$ per visit probably 6 times a summer to once this summer and no extra spending inside the park. O and there’s never anything big new and exciting been added. But there more than willing to add several buildings to take your parking money and a person to pay to take the money. maybe invest in the actual park to make the guest feel like there money is being spent well instead of looking like they are trying to be a chain water park that you see new investment in nearly every year or two
