  Had a Uhaul reservation for 5:00. They claimed to be open till 5:30. Showed up at 5:15 and no one was there. Had to call Uhaul, get a new reservation and go somewhere else. Extremely inconvenient and they were rude over the phone.

  Sherlock storage is very well run and very secure and is always clean. And I've always been treated very well when I go in the office.

  I had an excellent experience at Sherlock Storage! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave me a full tour of the facility and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident in my decision to store my belongings there. The facility itself is spotless and secure, with top-notch surveillance cameras and gated access. I was impressed with how easy it was to access my unit, and they offer great flexibility in terms of unit sizes. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and convenience offered. I really appreciated the customer service throughout the process – they went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. If you're looking for a safe, clean, and hassle-free storage solution, I highly recommend Sherlock Storage! Definitely five stars all around.

  tried calling them yesterday and left a message for the owners to call back. They couldn’t be bothered, so I drove to their establishment. Tried to explain my situation, their only solution was for me to pay someone else’s rent, or buy the whole unit when it comes to auction. Neither of which is cost effective for a furniture dolly.....don’t give these people your business
