  It’s frustrating that no matter which branch you go to, the experience is the same—long lines, minimal staff, and very little regard for members’ time. Something as simple as making a deposit turns into an unnecessary wait. It’s hard to understand how this credit union receives accolades like “Top Place to Work” when it’s clear they’re consistently short-staffed and struggling to meet basic service expectations. It really makes you wonder: what’s the point of opening more branches if the quality of service doesn’t improve? Expanding locations without addressing the core issues just spreads the problem further. As a member, I expect better.

  came to this local branch hoping to get some help, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I waited over an hour with no assistance. Initially, I was told there would be a 45-minute wait, but after more than an hour passed with no update, we decided to leave. When we mentioned we were leaving, the staff member told us it was just a busy time and that people were out on lunch. It would’ve been helpful to know about the lunch breaks upfront so we could plan accordingly. The lobby was not crowded, so I’m confused as to why the wait was so long. Poor communication and lack of consideration for our time.

  Worst customer service! I have banked with these guys for 3yrs and they are horrible all about taking your money and not helping! Looking to switch banks asap!
