    Came to get an auto loan for my 1st car from a dealership. Yulissa Gonzalez helped me out and she did awsome best costumer service helped with me thru it all. Explained everything very detailed would recommend her 👌. Rate 15/10 thank you yulissa.

    I've been with shell for several years and always gotten great customer service but I do agree it could be a little faster with more tellers but my major complaint is with the new hwy 288 location..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK OF KNOWLEDGE!!

    I would not recommend this credit union. Their customer service is awful and the employees don’t care. They are also very slow and incompetent. The staff never gets anything done and just sit at the desk all day. They also have very limited services especially with notarizing documents. Basically if anything requires effort on their part, the staff doesn’t want to do it. If you’re looking for a professional and efficient credit union, please don’t go here. You will be very disappointed.

    Not enough tellers, long lines that are ridiculous, every first of the month it's always packed and there's never enough parking spots. Needs major improvement.

    Quality of service dramatically dropped. Online reps refuse to answer and send repeated scripts. Honestly, I'm questioning why I should keep them anymore after 20yrs
