- JBJerry BrowderAug 22, 20254.0I've been with shell for several years and always gotten great customer service but I do agree it could be a little faster with more tellers but my major complaint is with the new hwy 288 location..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK OF KNOWLEDGE!!
- JKJessica KAug 2, 20251.0I would not recommend this credit union. Their customer service is awful and the employees don’t care. They are also very slow and incompetent. The staff never gets anything done and just sit at the desk all day. They also have very limited services especially with notarizing documents. Basically if anything requires effort on their part, the staff doesn’t want to do it. If you’re looking for a professional and efficient credit union, please don’t go here. You will be very disappointed.
