  I have banked here for several years. I have been to countless locations after hours to deposit money and absolutely none of their ATMS work! I have called & complained at least 5 times over the last year & half. And still none of their stupid atm touch screens work! It’s beyond ridiculous! Replace the damn atms because the stupid touch screens DO NOT WORK how hard is that to understand SHELL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION!

  Recent handling of widespread fraud, which our account was victim of, has been completely unacceptable. I’ve received more communication about the appointment I scheduled in the last 10 minutes than we did about the fraud to start with. They can hound you via text and email about products they want to sell you, but when they “issue” a fraud alert all they can do is post it on face book and as a link on the bottom have of their home page in an “Alerts” section that includes the likes of other alerts like $50 new member reward and the previous years annual minutes. The alert banner at the top of their page they only use for comments about fraud in general. We don’t even use the card they are claiming was compromised in a system other than their own as we just went through something similar a year and a half ago, replaced the compromised debit card and opted to use credit cards instead as the fraud dispute process with credit card is much easier and consumer friendly.

  After 5 years of not having any issues, suddenly my wife's debit card gets hacked. We get another one and THAT one gets hacked...all in the spand of 3 months. We got our money back but this is unacceptable. We will be leaving this CU.
