  Do not bank with them. One person says one thing and another person says something completely different. They unprofessional and unknowledgeable on everything! Tried to pay off a credit card and they won’t let me! Like what? In fact they just posted a late fee and said to bad! Payment was literally made!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!

  Will be switching banks due to lack of benefits from having my money here. Also, when creating the account for me they got my birthday wrong. Now I have to sit with an advisor to get this fixed which I shouldn’t have to do on my own time. Take your money somewhere else people😊

  This is for the credit union in spring. I had fraud where money was taken out if my account. The female manager said it was not reported on time. While I was with her I got a text from someone attempting to still take money out. She looked at it and said I'm not suppose to still receive notifications from that account since she closed it. Yet acknowledging someone was again trying to take money. I lost a lot of money and manager had no empathy. Ps. Been with them for about ten years. First time this ever happened me reporting fraud. And the experience was horrible. Other than that I never had an issue and loved them. This location is the worse. I drive to the humble location instead.

  Absolute WORST financial institution EVER. I’ll be refinancing my car and shutting down my accounts. Thank you all for nothing. Would give 0 stars if I could. *UPDATE* Their employees are extremely rude. No wonder y’all are rated so poorly. Dalisia talks like someone who takes pride in hiding behind a desk. Still the WORST company ever!
