- AAAmro AlraisOct 4, 20251.0Looks like the manager had some personal issue every time I deposit it puts my check on seven days check and sometimes more when I go somewhere else they do it and they cash up my check no problem. They always do that. Worst Customer Service ever unfortunately

- BLBoss LadyJul 5, 20241.0Sad yo say, Shell FCU is not like it use to be. Their quality has fallen tremendously. I had accounts with them for over 10 years. Had financed 2 cars with them and several personal loans over that time. Paid off car loan to purchase house. Went back to get a loan, for things for my new house and was denied, said I did not make enough for a less than 10k loan, bit I purchased a house!!....went right to another Credit Union and was approved immediately!! Moved all my business to the new CU
