  The app is garbage. They charge my husband a $25 courtesy pay every time he uses his card like if he has no money. He gets a deposit the app says this what's left the bank says different. My husband has had his money deposited to that bank for years and never had to deal with it. When you call to talk with them they tell you it's your fault. How you get a 1,500 deposit and spend $800 then every small purchase after that a $25 courtesy pay because they say the bank had to give him a loan. Whose numbers off. Channel 2 news we need an investigation because we working with a lawyer over here

  Horrible place to get auto loans . Completely misinformed me and even forgot to charge me sales tax on my vehicle loan and cut off access to my money until I was forced to pay the sales tax. Employees need more training and better people skills. I’ve been a customer for years and now just waiting to pay off my vehicle and hope to never do business here again. Only person who is helpful is Alexia.

  Agosto 30 estuve ahí para pedir información acerca de préstamos,me atendió Mónica como mi esposo está fuera de la ciudad y no puede ir en persona ella me dijo que se podía hacer por correo electrónico o por teléfono mi esposo le mandó un correo electrónico para empezar la aplicación para la solicitud también le llamo por teléfono le dejo mensajes y yo también le estado llamando y le dejado mensajes de voz y hasta hoy no nos a respondido la llamada por lo menos para decirnos que no nos va a ayudar y asi yano perder nuestro tiempo.Siendo miembro de Shell Federal Credit Union esperaba mas de ellos

  Rude Monica Gonzalez. This was my worse experience at a financial institution in the United States. I Went to Shell federal credit union to withdraw my CD that reached its maturity date. I was notified by the bank that if I did not I would be penalized. I was sent to a banker who had no knowledge of banking and finance. I don't know whether she got that job through a family member. I told her what I came to do and she would not allow me to withdraw my money and told me many lies that I did not have any CDS and maybe I had them with a joint account with family members. I told her that was not the cause but she insisted, I had to excuse myself from the room. She was very abrasive, very rude, and very untruthful. She lacks knowledge of banking and finance. She was very loud. Very vociferous and could not believe that was the bank that was very inept. Oh my gosh, what a bad experience. They don't even deserve a stay. She failed to listen and provide exceptional service. this is the third issue I have had with Shell, they charged me late fees on my loans when my loans were current and they charges me a late fee on my credit card when I always paid them in full with no credit card balance and I always paid my loans more than the minimum and before the due date. The credit union is not a good financial institution. Monica Gonzales should not be working at this bank
