  Went to SFCU to refi my truck. From the moment the doors opened, I felt welcomed. Everyone was so polite. My wait was less than 6 minutes. Was out in about 90 minutes. Confidently located. And free popcorn on Fridays.. Thank you to everyone there.

  You dont wanna deal with this credit union. Located on 24344 northwest fwy. They are not straight forward. Told me 9 days hold and she put the check on hold until 09/08 today is 08/23 asked manager if I can get her a copy of my statement saying the ck cleared and still refused saying what if the check comes back. Manager is ashleigh. Will be closing my accounts soon. They are trying to keep the funds for interest purposes I think.

  when I first went in, Gabriela helped me with a pre approval on an auto loan, she was very informative and helpful in getting everything set. Once I returned after finding the car I wanted, I was helped by Carlota because Gabriela was out. Carlota was awesome! Super attentive and helpful through the whole process, and went above and beyond to help me even after I showed up late and right at closing. Service was incredible here with both representatives that assisted me.
