  I recently had the pleasure of working with Shelby on a transaction where she was the listing agent. As a loan officer, I see it all and Shelby was fantastic to work with. From initial negotiations thru closing she clearly communicated with myself and the buyers agent to help ensure a smooth transaction for her seller and our buyer. From my experience with her it is evident she truly cares about her clients!

  Shelby Tolley was amazing! She assisted us in the sale of a home my wife inherited in St Paul. We live in Florida and hadn’t seen the property in many years but Shelby worked with us, letting in buyers, appraisers, and even offering to clean the place up a bit!! She found a buyer for us, took care of all the arrangements for closing and all we had to do was sign! I would recommend her whole heartedly to anyone. I know that’s a lot of exclamation points but she earned them.
