  Very pleased with Shelby Construction to inspect and replace a roof. I recommend their services especially the sales consultant, Michael C. He delivered exactly what he showed us at time of quoting and I would recommend this company.

  The sales person Michael Cooley was fantastic explained everything perfectly and was very honest. I would recommend him to anyone. This is a great company and so is Michael Cooley the sales person, He helped me throughout my insurance claim, explained everything perfectly!

  We first heard of Shelby Construction from the good reviews on Facebook. The salesman was friendly and informative. The quote was competitive for the windows we purchased. The windows were delivered and installed even sooner than the time frame given by the salesman. The installers were efficient and professional. We love our windows! The owner, Tim, came by to inspect the job and to meet us. We highly recommend this company!

  I am disappointed with the overall experience. The company did not meet expectations, as the work quality was below standard. Despite several promises to resolve the issue, no action was taken. Additionally, I requested that the window door match the same color as the others, but it was made in a different color and never corrected.

  Unacceptable Service – Extremely Disappointing Experience I am beyond frustrated with this company. On August 16, they came to my house, took measurements, and gave me a price. I paid the deposit via credit card on August 19, and their company sign was even placed on my lawn. At that point, everything seemed to be moving forward smoothly. However, after waiting FOUR weeks with no updates, I received a call from the owner, who informed me that they hadn’t even placed the order yet and now needed to redo the measurements. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only was my time wasted, but the lack of communication and professionalism is extremely disappointing. What makes this worse is that I had referred friends to this company, thinking they were reliable, but now I feel completely embarrassed and regretful. After this experience, I contacted them to not contact this company and the experience I had. I trusted this company with my window installation, and all I’ve received is poor service in return. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
