  We just purchased this beautiful Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition from Sheehy Mazda, and the entire experience was fantastic. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable and confident in our purchase. They further ensured that we got the best value possible on our trade without leaving us feeling like we were settling or losing out. A HUGE thank-you to Erik V., who was incredible throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy—he took the time to answer all my questions, kept communication clear, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a salesperson who truly listens and puts the customer first, and Erik did exactly that. Another big thank you to Clint and Noah who assisted along the way and ensured our needs were met without hesitation. The communication and teamwork amongst all of the staff at Sheehy made for an incredibly easy transaction that left us feeling like a part of the family, and solidified the fact that we will be back for another car from them in the future.   The first oil change on my new Mazda Miata was free! I was also taking care of a problem due to a factory recall. The staff was pleasant and kept me informed of the progress. I waited in a nice room equipped with WiFi, large tables and comfortable chairs. A coffee machine made excellent latte. A very nice experience

  I had the best experience ever, buying this 2025 CX5 Mazda from Kasey at the Hagerstown Sheehy Dealership! There wasn’t a single question about anything I asked, that she couldn’t answer and she couldn’t have been more helpful, patient or nicer!! & wow… Ryan, the finance guy offered the best bumper to bumper coverage that I just couldn’t refuse!! I was behind the wheel and loving every second of my new ZOOM 🚗 💨💨💨

  Brandon in the service department is exceptional. It’s always a pleasurable experience. The service tech. Todd was so professional and knowledgeable. I love Sheehy Mazda and plan on purchasing all future Mazdas from Sheehy. They have the BEST customer service around!

  We brought our 2012 Mazda 6 in for recall service and we're very pleased with the service that we received. They even took the time to do a full inspection and texted video footage of them pointing out areas of concern along with a rundown of other things that were found. The majority of my business with Sheehy is done on the Subaru side, but we also deal on the Mazda side also.
