- JSJessica Solis1 day ago2.0I stopped by recently to look at cars, but I had to leave early because of how uncomfortable the women’s restroom was. The stall doors have such huge gaps that there’s basically no privacy at all. While I was in there, someone walked in, and we made direct eye contact through the gap it was awkward and honestly felt like a complete invasion of privacy. It was so bad I couldn’t even finish using the restroom and just left. I even saw someone’s backside when I first walked in. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional might as well not even have stall doors. This kind of setup really makes a bad impression and definitely cost you a customer.

They are Roxana Soriano and Robert Helm. In all seriousness they are the best representatives I have ever worked with when buy a vehicle. Roxana went the distance with me, answering every question I asked. She is knowledgeable and gracious and brought a good deal, for me, to closure. As for Robert, I met him first and he is as equally knowledgeable and attentive. If not for Robert I would have moved on to another dealership. His thoughtful approach brought me back to Sheehy. I would work with either again and recommended them to all. Thanks to both of you for literally the best auto purchase experience I have ever had.

I had nothing but fine treatment from both dealerships. Shane Woelfel my sales associate in Laurel made my service appointment in Gaithersburg and arranged a loaner vehicle for me. Joe Walsh, my service representative in Gaithersburg kept me well informed as to the status of my transmission overhaul which took two weeks. Both of these gentlemen provided outstanding and friendly service. I would not hesitate to do business with either of these dealerships again!

This is my first experience with Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, but not my first experience with a Sheehy dealership (I bought twice from Sheehy Subaru in Hagerstown). There is a reason I drove over an hour from home to keep my business in the Sheehy family, and I was not disappointed!! I worked with Michael Zeller, and from the start, his communication was quick and professional, answering every and all questions I had. From the little bit of back and forth on price to the actual purchase, it was quick and easy. We were at the dealership for barely more than an hour to purchase and there were no hidden fees, rebates I wasn't eligible for, bait n switch nonsense. Even better, they came to my rescue! My husband and I stopped to eat across the street before we bought and my car's battery died. I called the dealership, told them I was headed there and the situation. They sent someone right over with a jump pack and got us on the road to buying the car of my dreams. I will send all of my friends and family to any Sheehy dealership, and will purchase any future fords from Sheehy of Gaithersburg!!
