  This guy about took my front bumper off this morning cutting me off while he was driving like a maniac. He continued this crazy driving cutting others off, no signal, and speeding meanwhile I caught up to him at every stop light where he was waiting for all the traffic he cut off to catch up. But for a guy to have this much disregard for the driving public in a vehicle pasted with his company name all over it, it makes me question his true regard for his customers.

  Shawn is the only builder you should consider. Trust me, other builders delete bad reviews. Choose Shawn Forth!. The team will give you the home of your dreams. Colin our Super, was on top of the subcontractors, they use small crews that pay attention to the details. When things were missed they were fixed fast with no impact to schedule. For context a floor outlet was missed at initial foundation pour and a window we moved 6 inches wasn’t moved. Now for the over and above’s. Our super told us, we would never give you something that looks bad, and they stuck to that. For context, our front garden was initially very small and due to the entry way and porch. It only made sense to make the entire area a garden. They did that at no cost to us. The side entry garage landing pad according to plan was small. Not small enough for us to realize it wasn’t the most useable space due to the angle of the approach. They expanded it, by a lot to make it very convenient. No cost to us! We had a stain that looked bad on the mantle they changed wood type. A home is really made with finish carpentry and they have the best team. This builder truly lives up to model homes. Only use Shaw Forth!

  Shawn Forth is a very good guy. Honest and hardworking. He makes an excellent product. Of course, subcontractors do the work and there was some frustration with that. Shawn Forth was good about fixing mistakes and trying to keep quality high. Home building has inherent challenges and frustrations but Shawn worked with us and helped us build a wonderful home. Thanks
