  I don’t understand why these guys working behind the counter can’t read what’s on order and, follow what’s on the order. Always mixing up what’s supposed to be on it. Ruins the whole experience and taste. Honestly the 17 ave location was the best, atmosphere always on point. This location always knows how to disappoint!!!

  Prices have went up and portions have decreased. Wraps used to have a large and regular option but now its just one option with the regular size with less meat. Quality of their meat cuts has also gone downhill. Often pieces will have fat or cartilage and its not pleasant to bite into. I can't continue to support this franchise anymore since they have decided to start cutting corners

  Meat was burnt and full of gritt the tomatoes and lettuce were old and tasted like pinesol cleaner, one of the orders were incorrect. I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to a good meal.

  I went to this location for the first time a couple of days ago. Pretty decent place, great food, and of course great staff. It has a warm atmosphere and I could see how well their staff interacted with their regular customers. Also, thank you to the man that gave me a free Baklava. You are too kind, thank you :)

  My families favourite shawarma place!! excellent service, staff are cooperative and quick, they don’t waste time. I came in for lunch today, the lady at cash register was really sweet and kind very quick!! highly recommend
