  Shane first told me that he can do the job with the description I provided. Then just before the day of job in late afternoon he cancelled saying they do not do this kind of job. He had the whole day to decide and he cancelled on last minute. Utterly unprofessional!!

  Shane and his crew did an amazing job!!! The entire process of flooring selection, quoting, to installation was a great experience. Shane and his crew are very professional and left the job site very clean. The finished results are better than expected and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We will use them again on our next project.

  I would never recommend this contractor. He was called, introduced and consulted to give an estimate on a project in West Lafayette and never even got back with an estimate. Worst service I have ever encountered in the greater Lafayette area!

  Our 25yr old furnace finally got so bad that we couldn't handle it anymore! 🤦‍♀️ These guys gave us the best price, and coincidentally had room for us on their schedule for today. God used them to take care of us! They showed up at 9am to replace the whole furnace. Because doing anything to our house NEVER (I mean EVER) goes smoothly, their HVAC guy Rob was here until 7pm with one thing after another happening (none of it his doing). 😳 Multiple snags in the process- but he stayed calm, positive, and professional ALL DAY. He didn't leave until it was installed and working properly, and his knowledge and patience paid off for us- our house is SO much more comfortable! This young man was fantastic, and they really came through for us. Considering what the weather did today- I am certainly glad we didn't wait until it actually failed.
