  The service technician Steven Ireland was polite courteous and knowledgeable. I was very impressed and felt comfortable with his assessment of the problem. He went about his job efficiently.

  Service technician Steve arrived within 30 minutes of me calling. He spent 6 hours troubleshooting then going to supply house to get new pipe and replaced 18 foot of pipe under the house. He was so professional and made sure the double sink finally drained. Attached photo shows the reason why my sink chronically would not drain properly.

  The Shane Elmore team were professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves after a large project. They replaced my old tank hot water heater with a new tankless, switching it from electric to gas, Their pricing was reasonable and they completed the job in a timely manner. With as much work as they had to do, they planned it well so the water and gas would be off for much less time than I expected. So far, very pleased with the installation and there was no pressure to sign up for a maintenance agreement or any sort of 'upsell'. Thanks!
