- JKJamie Koopmans1 day ago2.0First, I want to say that ShaneCo has a nice wide selection of rings and they are all so beautiful and well made. My fiancé and I came in to pick out his ring and a wedding band and the staff was super nice and great to work with. However, when I took my engagement ring in for its very first cleaning it came back damaged and didn’t even look clean. Worst part is when it was brought back to be fixed and my fiancé picked it up and asked for a magnifying glass to look closer and it was STILL damaged. Both its first and second cleanings ever it was damaged. If anyone ever brings their ring in here for cleaning they need to look very carefully and make sure it was actually taken care of respectfully. Incredibly upset about the mistreatment of my new ring and I’m never one to do bad reviews. Everyone was kind about the situation. This isn’t some cheap piece of jewelry. It’s so incredibly special and expensive too. I’m so afraid to bring my ring back for a cleaning now.
