  IMO Shane Co offers the best customer service anywhere in The Bay Area. Evan is extremely helpful and offered a nice no pressure experience for us. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the market for a ring or nice jewelry.

  Absolutely phenomenal service – they turned heartbreak into healing. I took my ring, that I’ve had for 12 years, to the Cupertino location to get resized. On my first wear after picking up, my entire center stone fell out and was gone. After no accountability from that location, I called the Walnut Creek store out of desperation—and it was like night and day. From the first moment I explained what happened, the woman on the phone showed genuine empathy and took immediate action. She reassured me they would make things right and began pulling similar diamonds for me to consider. When I arrived at the store later that day, multiple employees were already aware of my situation and greeted me with compassion and urgency. Cristian took me into a private space when he saw I was emotional, and walked me through every step with such care and understanding—it honestly felt like talking to a friend. He and Simon made it their mission to find me a replacement stone I would love. They were kind, patient, and deeply professional. When I picked up the ring, Charan ensured I was not just satisfied but truly happy, even giving me a direct contact if I ever needed anything in the future. This team didn’t just fix my ring—they helped restore my trust in Shane Co. I’m deeply grateful to the Walnut Creek staff for going above and beyond in such a difficult moment. They have absolutely earned my loyalty for life.

  So I've been coming to Shane Company in Walnut Creek for over 30 years now. We got our wedding rings here. I went in today to get a toe ring cut off because it's been stuck on my foot for a while now and uncomfortable. They were awesome the Jeweler cut the toe ring off with no problem and they didn't charge me.

  Honestly 10/10 definitely recommend. We came across Rwejuna. He was amazing. Very helpful & walked us through the whole process. My bf & I walked in the store just to “look” but ended up finding our wedding rings which we LOVED!! It was such a special moment. Felt like Rwejuna was a family friend. He answered all of our questions and really took the time to get to know us & what we were looking for. I’m so happy with Shane Co. all of the team member were very welcoming and just such a positive attitude. But most of all a huge thank you to Rwejuna!!!!

  I go once every six months to have my ring checked and cleaned. They are always very friendly and polite. Beautiful store. Sufficient parking. Easy to get to location.
