    Megan was extremely helpful and patient while I shopped for the perfect ring for my girlfriend! She helped me in any way she could and was even able to deal with my indecisiveness! Megan was able to help me find the perfect combination and personalization to make the ring that much more special. The entire staff at this location is incredibly friendly and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a ring!

    Incredible service! I came in 30 min before closing in a panic because the center stone on my engagement ring was loose and they tightened it in under 5 minutes at no cost. They even offered to clean my ring for me right there, also at no cost! I will definitely be returning if I ever need literally anything else to do with my ring or any other jewelry.

    I’ve frequented this location many times in the last few years and my last few experiences haven’t been great. I keep returning mostly because one clasp on a necklace I have has broken and needed replacement 4x. Then I also like to visit and trade up my diamond earrings. But the last 3 visits, my customer service experience has been poor. I walk in and the staff ignores me. I end up standing in the showroom like the elephant in the room nobody wants to help. Considering I’m the only Black person I see whenever I’m there, it’s a very bizarre experience with their all white showroom staff. For instance I was just in there on 10/14/25 and traded up a gold necklace. But had to flag down an associate when they all clearly saw me standing there not being helped. Then it appeared the manager woman who was on duty who also ignored me made sure to hover around me to do what I assume was ensure I wasn’t stealing my own gold necklace on the table. For her not to speak but insinuate I would steal … is an annoying racial experience I’m tired of having at this store. Today, a white man walked in 10 mins after me and he was immediately greeted by another white staffer. This has happened my last 3 visits. I’d definitely never go back if my necklace would stop breaking / if they had another location nearby to visit.
