  Had Joe as my consultant and was by far the best experience I have ever had at a jewelry store! Very personal and willing to help with anything without distraction or frustration!

  My now Fiance and I went back in January and our time was so rushed even though Shane Co wasn’t closing for another hour. There was one lady there (pretty sure the store manager) who stood there the whole time we were being helped and gave us dirty looks and stared us down to “make a statement”. Then, as my fiance was checking out there was still 30 mins until the store was closing and he said “thanks so much for your help and we apologizing if we are staying late”. And the lady who stared us down goes “yup”. And that was it. OH ALSO! She was laughing at us and pointing too!! Terrible experience at Shane Co in Franklin, Tennessee. The lady had short hair and glasses! Keep watch out for her! IF she is the store manager, she really shouldn’t be (:

  Absolutely floored at the workmanship of my wedding band. I came in concerned about finding a wedding band that could fit my low profile ring. Chelsea helped us see a vision and Scott truly created the perfect fit! My engagement ring is low profile and the stone wasn’t allowing any contour bands to sit flush. Chelsea and Scott made my wedding band dreams come true!! It sits perfectly flush. I seriously teared up seeing it. First experience at Shane Co and it’s been wonderful!

  When I first visited I was approached with a high pressure sales person who started pushing me towards a $10000 ring without talking to me about what I was looking for or what my budget was. Since then I began working with Anita who was a consultative sales person which is more my style. Over the course of a few weeks she worked with me as I painstakingly reviewed, researched, and thought about the purchase I might make. Finally, I was ready and Anita helped me complete the purchase with financing and I felt like I had made a very informed purchase with her help. Thanks Anita!

  Shane Co. has been really good to me and my fiancée and I highly encourage people to shop here. They always make sure we're satisfied and really take care of us when we make a purchase. They take customer satisfaction extremely serious here, so you won't have any issues getting taken care of. I've worked with Stephanie, Jenny, and Nicole at this location and recommend them all. You will not be disappointed with your experience.
