    I’ve had my Shane Co. ring for 12 years without a single issue—until I took it to the Cupertino location to be resized. In my first time wearing it after pickup, the entire center stone had fallen out - prongs and all. This ring held deep sentimental value, symbolizing over a decade of my life, including marriage and children. I was absolutely devastated. What made things worse was the complete lack of empathy or follow-up from this location. I called the store the next morning as soon as they opened. The person who answered had zero sympathy and simply told me a manager would call me back. No one ever did. It has now been weeks, and I’ve still received no response—not even a courtesy call. The loss of my stone was heartbreaking, but the total absence of accountability or compassion from this store made it even harder. I expected better from Shane Co., and this location has unfortunately ruined that trust for me.
