  Poor customer service. I walked in and asked to have a ring I bought at Shane co 10+ years ago cleaned. They couldn’t pull the ring up with my phone number so they asked for another it could be under. Even after explaining I’m ex-military and had too many to go through she maintained that she had to check it in, I assume that meant finding the purchase? I declined and appreciate them showing that they don’t value customers and that the 5k eternity band we were planning on spending is better spent elsewhere. I don’t understand when they have a potentially captive audience why they want to make it difficult to spend money.

  Didn't have to wait long. Picked up something for my son. They even looked at my earrings that I didn't buy from them.

  Worked with 3 different employees, and had a last second engraving done, they are all very very patient and helpful. Cannot recommend enough

  My future fiance and I came in to look at rings and was helped by Maria. She was excellent to work with, gave us honest feedback and explained the process of choosing the perfect ring! Would absolutely recommend anyone going to ask for Maria!

  I went into the Shane Co & the young man that assisted me his name was YAQUB. He was quite amazing. He was very patient with me and I left there as a happy person, and I felt like that. He gave me so much time and was not in a hurry to move onto the next customer. He is an asset to your company.
