  I have been hearing the commercials for Shane Co. my entire life so I had very high expectations when my girlfriend and I came in to look at rings. We met with Araceli for a consultation and she was outstanding. Not only was she knowledgeable about the various stones and bands that were available, but she also curated an environment where my girlfriend felt very comfortable sharing her preferences. She asked questions and used our answers to help provide us with options to look at, and eventually helped us narrow it down. In the end, we ended up with a ring that will be cherished for years to come. Fantastic experience over all!

  Shane Co has been our trusted jewelry store for many years. Recently, we upgraded my diamond on my engagement ring for our 15th anniversary. Connor was amazing at helping us to find several options within our price range and we found the perfect one. It's phenomenal.

  I came in for a simple ring cleaning and was hoping to browse wedding bands while I waited. Lindsey greeted me, took my ring, and told me to look around while she took care of it—promising to come back and help me. That never happened. I waited over an hour in the store. For the first 20 minutes, I casually browsed, expecting her to return shortly. She never did. I walked around the entire store trying to find her—nowhere in sight. Another 20 minutes went by, still nothing. I finally asked another associate where she was, and they went to get her. Lindsey eventually came out of the office giggling, and casually told me she had lost track of time because she was “chatting with coworkers and got stuck on something.” No urgency. No real apology. Just a flippant comment about how my ring was “extra shiny” from sitting in the cleaner. Meanwhile, I was left waiting the entire time, completely ignored, and never got help with looking for wedding bands. This was, hands down, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was shocked by how unprofessional and dismissive she was. Forgetting about a customer for an hour, never checking in even once, and then brushing it off with a laugh is completely unacceptable. I’ve always loved Shane Co., but this experience with Lindsey was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses this so no other customer is treated this way.

  OMG I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Shane Co. I have never had a bad experience. My husband purchased my engagement ring there 24 years ago and I have been hooked ever since! I have purchased many pieces over the years not just for myself but family and friends. I love the warranty and customer service but my favorite part is the upgrade program. I love that they give you dollar for dollar on your stones to upgrade and try new shapes and sizes. I have been doing that for the last 20 years. I always say you dont live in the same house your whole marriage, you dont drive the same car your whole life why have the same ring lol. Fast forward to recently it was time to upgrade...Lisa Medina was fabulous!! She helped me find the perfect diamond. I told her what I wanted she worked to source the perfect diamond and let me tell you it is fabulous!! Jacob set it and it looks AMAZING!! They got it set and sized for me so I could take it on my trip that I was leaving on in a few days. I couldn't be more proud to wear it. If you are looking for an amazing ring, amazing quality and amazing people look no further! I highly recommend ShaneCo time and time again. Thank you Shane Co for making all my dreams come true.
