They were busy and had one person split between helping my husband and I and another couple. Then ended up another person came to help finish checking us out. I selected the option to get it delivered to my house and selected a Saturday delivery. I received the notification about it being set for delivery for today and I called yesterday. I was on hold for 30 minutes when someone picked up the phone then hung up immediately. I called back and expressed my concerns because I paid extra and made sure to set the delivery for when I would be home on Saturday. It got delivered when no one was home today and FedEx marked it that it was signed for when clearly no one was home and could have signed for it. If you ever have any issues with your ring I would not pay to have it delivered, or you run this risk of being told one thing and exactly the opposite happening. I’m hoping neither my engagement nor wedding band go missing. I definitely don’t feel like they are my friend in the diamond business because of this.
