    We had such a wonderful experience working with Joseph R. at Shane Co. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his patience — he took the time to answer all our questions and never made us feel rushed. He also gave us great advice on the current jewelry market value, which helped us make a confident and informed decision. It’s rare to find someone so honest and genuinely interested in helping customers find the right piece. We’ll definitely be returning for future purchases and highly recommend Joseph R. to anyone looking for exceptional service and expertise!

    Took several pieces in for repair and to have charms added. Of 4 charms added to two bracelets, two charms were off center and three charms were backwards. It took 3 trips (35 minute drive each way) and 3 hours in the store to get things “ fixed”, with the exception of one bracelet as my daughter refuses to take it back to them. Through all this only one associate of 4 encountered was even remotely apologetic and 2 associates outright rude. I will not go back to Shane & Co and sincerely do not recommend them. Go elsewhere. Don’t support a business that does not clearly care about your jewelry or your time. They are incompetent and careless.

    I just visited Shane co this afternoon to look at trade options on my diamond I purchased there over 10 years ago. The sales lady was extremely rude and I have never been treated that way. She said there was a lot of moving parts with my rings and diamonds. I asked if I can look at some stones that I could upgrade too. She went in the back, returned shortly after and said they have none. She said I could go online and look there. I asked if I could look at a few other rings and she said none of them would be what I would like. It was one of the worst experiences of my life as a customer. The company has gone downhill with their customer service.

    So this is going to be super long and it took me a little while to review because this was a really disappointing experience. I came into Shane Co in Roseville with my friend, super excited because it was my first time ever shopping for rings. I’d heard so many good things and honestly thought it was going to be this magical, fun experience. But wow my excitement disappeared super fast. I worked with someone named Maverick, and right off the bat, she made a few comments that just didn’t sit right. When I mentioned that my partner and I have been together for 7 years, she literally said, “And what’s stopping him from proposing? What’s he waiting for?” Like OMG what? That felt so rude and judgmental. I was embarrassed and honestly kind of stunned she would say that. Then she was super rude to my friend too, which made me even more uncomfortable. My friend was just there to support me, and Maverick acted like she was an inconvenience. That was really disappointing to see. If I’m considering this place, I I would want the people around me to be treated kindly too. And to top it off, I told her multiple times that I was just looking and getting ideas, not buying that day. But she kept asking if I was going to buy the ring- for myself. It was SUPER awkward and pushy, and then vibe just got weird. She’d also walk off for several minutes every time I asked something, so I felt totally brushed off. Like what was supposed to be a really sweet, exciting moment turned into something super uncomfortable and honestly kind of ruined the experience for me. I left feeling really disappointed and an actually super sad. Definitely not the kind of energy I expected for something this special and definitely not what I expected from Shane Co.

    Shane Co. was absolutely AMAZING!!! :D They had so many choices! My fiance, David, and I had been shopping all day so we were a little tired by the time we got there. But the store manager, Sarah Vilchis, was incredible! She was wonderfully kind, professional, and so knowledgeable :D We ended up finding me the most stunning wedding ring ever and I couldn't be happier! :D Huge thanks to Shane Co., & especially Sarah, for everything! We're so grateful <3
