  We had a great experience at Shane Co. Amy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made my girlfriend feel comfortable right away and helped her find the perfect ring. Jesse let us look through a large selection of different diamonds and explained the differences between them so we could find the one that was right for us. They are the best and we will definitely be shopping with them again

  Thank you to Kade for providing exceptional customer service. Something that is hard to find nowadays. He made sure that my husband’s beat up 16 year old wedding band got the right TLC to make it look new.

  Had a problem with a ring we purchased a few months ago, Amy was unable to solve our problem initially and was directed to a Manager, Chad, who helped us by standing by his companys policies and reputation and credited us towards another Ring. Experience was very pleasant and highly recomend Shane Co to anyone worried about customer satisfaction.

  ALEXXXXX was an absolutely blast! I highly recommend Shane company for your jewelry needs. We have thrown tons of questions at him and he’s been patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. This kind of shopping can feel intimidating but Alex made this experience breezy and fun. I won’t be shopping anywhere else!

  Went to get my rings refinished. From the start the sales girl was trying to sell me an upgrade and when I didn’t want to do that they priced my refinishing and it came to 2k because of all the things wrong with my ring. It’s not even an old ring. I understand rings require maintenance this was an example of trying to get one over on a customer. They wouldn’t only refinish my rings because they want to give you back your rings in better condition than when you give it to them. I walked out. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I personally am in sales and this was mind boggling to me! Go somewhere that is honest and not just trying to get any penny then can from you. Response to the owners: Thank you for taking the time to reply and explain your policies. I understand that my rings were not purchased at your store and that your pricing reflects the standards and warranty you provide. My review, however, was not about the condition of my rings or your pricing structure, but about my personal experience during the visit. From the very beginning, the salesperson immediately tried to upsell me to platinum — at nearly double the value of my current rings. Once it was realized that my rings were not purchased from your store, I was told the cost would be different and that the service I requested would not be provided unless I first invested nearly $2,000 in additional work your staff felt my rings needed. This is something I have never been asked for at other jewelers, where I have my rings resurfaced every 4–6 months without issue. I left with the impression that because my rings were not originally purchased at your store, there was little willingness to help me. I appreciate your perspective, but I felt it was important to share mine for others to consider. Please note my rings are in good condition because I have cared for them. This was a total sales tactic and I’m an easy sale that’s how bad and obvious this was.
