  Shane Co is amazing. They are always so helpful with no pressure. The warranty is amazing as well. It’s the only place I’ll buy jewelry. Every time I go in I’m helped almost immediately and everyone is so friendly. Even when I just go in to get my ring cleaned it takes about 10 mins and they fix an issues I have for free. This is truly the best place to buy jewelry. No one else compares especially with the amazing warranty.

  This building is great and so are the people in it. Jamal did an excellent job listening to me and helped me assemble my dream ring, its one I am certain my fiance will love. On the business side of things, I was helped to get a ring that is very satisfying and is priced according to my budget and needs. 0% APR for 12 months is allowing me to pay most of the ring outright while paying the remaining amount over the next few weeks. This is great because I am planning to propose soon, and getting things moving is much more exciting. Again, Jamal was professional, personable, and made sure I'm aware of everything Shane Co can do to take care of me. I visited a lot of jewelry shops today, and Jamal and Shane Co have treated me the greatest

  Zander is absolutely amazing! He helped my now fiancé build my dream ring and was amazing to work with, turns out I was allergic to the metal 🥺and was stressing about how I was going to wear this beautiful ring that ment so much to me but was have a reaction to it every time and Zander being the amazing person he is helped not make it so stressful! Definitely recommend him!

  Jamaal was so helpful and personable. He was so patient with me and very helpful finding the right color and clarity for my new stone. We upgraded my 1 karat to 2! Honestly the best person I have worked with here but everyone has always been so sweet. I recommend anyone going to Shane Co. to ask for Jamaal! Thank you so much!

  Wait time was not too long, good for a Saturday afternoon. I LOVED that they had tons of bands and settings for me to try on, and they actually fit (not perfectly ofc) but I could imagine it on my finger. The workers were personable and kind. The experience was smooth and wonderful
