  Cortlin was incredibly helpful, super sweet, and very easy to talk to in our search for wedding bands. She’s very knowledgeable and was quite patient with us during our search. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxed while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

  I have only had wonderful experiences with this Shane Company location from picking out my engagement ring and wedding bands and periodic cleanings. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed that this company makes it very easy to personalize your rings with many options. I would highly recommend this location even if you are just looking.

  We walked in and were not immediately greeted. Luckily a young man eventually approached us and assisted...their customer service definitely needs work! They do not do extensive customizations on jewelry so we will be going elsewhere to do business...

  Lizzie is absolutely amazing! She helped me over the course of a few months, as I was very indecisive in what my partner or myself would want. We made a trip together today, and Lizzie helped me and my partner pick out our perfect rings (as we are both very indecisive). I would apologize for how long we took, and she kept reassuring us that we weren't taking too much of her time! She is so patient, offers her honest opinions on what style works with what, and answered all of our questions in detail. I will be referring my friends to this Shane Co and her in the future!

  The staff is always extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped us put a stone in a new band and select wedding bands that we love. They are very flexible with free sizing, cleaning, and repairs. David is an excellent customer rep and we highly recommend this place for your rings!!
