  I never thought that trying to get an engagement ring for my fiancé was going to be so difficult. After waiting roughly a month just to be told that the ring I ordered to be resized was ruined and couldn’t be resized. After driving to Woodbury from Rochester to sit down and see what other options there were, none were available in my price range from what the original ring had been discounted for. Management did absolutely nothing to help me and I never even received my Kay card the entire time. I will never be doing business with Kay from this point. This was supposed to be one of the happiest moments of my life and now it’s just a nightmare.

  I had the BEST customer service!!! 1st, I chatted online with Jason. Then online with Lori. BOTH were very good answering my questions on upgrading my center stone. Lori even recommended a new pedestal crown which I did purchase!! In the store, I worked with Nicholas. He was so patient and pleasant to work with showing me different stone options. He was knowledgeable in the differences of them and explained them all well. I even had a bit of money left to spend on my upgrade so Jen suggested natural black sapphire stud earrings! They are PERFECT!!!! I cannot WAIT to pick up my ring in a week or so!!! Thank you EVERYONE for all the help! You all made this a seamless and FUN process!!!!

  I had the BEST experience with Kati M! What truly sets Kati apart is how knowledgeable she is—she really knows her stuff and you can tell she loves what she does. She helped me pick out and eliminate style choices , and I felt so confident in my choices thanks to her guidance. On top of that, she has the BEST attitude! She’s upbeat, patient, and makes the whole experience genuinely fun. I actually enjoyed the process more than I expected because of her energy and enthusiasm. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, informative, and has an amazing personality, Kati is the one! I highly recommend her to anyone shopping for rings or needing expert advice.   I purchased my wedding band on Shane Co's website. Since then, my fiancé and I have been into this location multiple times. Each and every time we had nothing but great experiences. I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had a terrible experience through another jeweler where my engagement ring was purchased. Shane Co made it so easy to have my wedding band added to my engagement ring. I am a size 3.75 and this was no problem for them. Online they made sure that that would work before purchasing - which was really nice. The staff at this location is extremely friendly. We have worked with Samantha, who helped get him sized for his ring - no concern that we weren't buying it from them - Margie, who guided us through the process of getting my ring work completed - and Nicholas, who grabbed my ring from the back and presented it to us. He looked almost as excited to see it as we were. He then went above and beyond helping us get some questions answered and some other jewelry tested and cleaned. We will definitely be returning. Thank you everyone!

  Nick and Kaity were both so great with helping my girlfriend and I narrow down some options for engagement rings. We went in thinking all we’ll find out is her ring size but left knowing which ring I’m gonna get for her, and feeling great about it! Kaity was so welcoming when we first walked in and that immediately gave us a feeling of relief. Nick was extremely informative and patient when we wanted to see different sizes/ shapes of diamonds. But the biggest thing was that they both showed they care, it wasn’t just another sale to them. Nothing but good things to say about our experience. Thank you!
