When we mentioned we’d like to order and ship to store, she immediately assumed we lived in apartments and made a comment about communal mailboxes where everyone has a key to access their mail. There were a few nuanced comments that were made by Victoria that made me feel uncomfortable. However, it wasn’t an unsuccessful trip as we DID need to know our ring sizes. I left wanting to carry out my order online as I was pretty over interacting face to face with our consultant.
