  Bri was exceptionally helpful in dealing with replacing the ruby that had fallen out of my anniversary ring. Her kindness and understanding meant so much to me. I would highly recommend her; she is very knowledgeable about the jewelry business as well.

  They have been amazing in helping my husband and I find my perfect ring. Super patient and willing to help with exchanging when I wasn’t 100% sure on my first set. Will definitely be back when I need something else.

  The man who helped us was so rude. We had never been ring shopping before, and he treated us like complete idiots. When I said we were looking for silver rings (just describing color), he really rudely lectured us on the fact that it was actually white gold and they don't sell any silver there (which is fine, again just describing color of the bands we wanted). It was so nerve racking we ended up leaving because of rude the man helping us was. If you are a first time ring buyer, this isn't the place for you!

  Carlos at Shane is a phenomenal representation of the Shane brand. Efficient, friendly and took great care of my needs regarding changes for a past purchase and suggestions for a new purchase. Couldn’t recommend higher!

  I can’t recommend Shane Co enough, especially working with Carlos. I purchased my fiancés wedding band here, but my engagement ring came from a different jeweler out of state. When I picked up my fiancés ring, Carlos was kind and helpful, making sure everything was just right—even cleaned my ring for me because I had talked about having our engagement pictures taken this coming weekend. When I walked out to my car, I was looking at my ring and noticed that somewhere along the line, one of my tiny stones in the gallery rail of my ring had fallen out. I went back in to Shane Co, desperately hoping it had somehow fallen out in the cleaner… and even though I didn’t know where I had lost it and I didn’t get my engagement ring here, Carlos said he couldn’t let me take engagement pictures with a missing stone, talked to his jeweler, and got a new one put in for me all in less than 15 minutes. Carlos truly embodied the spirit of customer service that is so hard to find these days, and I am all the more glad I decided to go with Shane Co for my fiancé’s wedding ring. I wish I could give more than five stars!!
