  I had the opportunity to visit the St Louis location on three separate occasions recently. Each time I was treated extremely well. The sales people were very knowledgeable and willing to help. I purchased a sapphire ring for my wife on the first visit, I didn’t get the salesperson’s name but he was very helpful and showed me many options. The second visit was to have the ring sized but we ended up upgrading the ring to another one I’d seen on the first visit. This last visit was to pick up the ring that had been resized. Mark Mabry helped us tonight and we had a great conversation. Another salesperson came up and joined in. I told them how wonderful our experiences have been. They praised the company and noted how well they were taken care of, even being provided snacks and drinks in the back room. Mark did however note that the Red Bull and Slim Jim’s have been missing as of late. I believe I’ve found my new jeweler. Thanks, Tim

  Suuuuuper impressed with this store. I have only had excellent service every time I have gone there. Most recently, I had my ring repaired and it was shipped to me as I was going out of town for a bit. It arrived on time and in a beautiful little box, just like brand new. I love Shane Co. and can't imagine going somewhere else for jewelry. :)

  Our experience was great. Parker was our jewelry consultant and he was wonderful. We had looked on-line before visiting the store. He helped us find what we had seen on the website and found many more options for us to choose from. Unfortunately for him my wife decided on one of her on-line choices. A great experience as always. Thanks.

  Shane Co. is the absolute best place to buy a wedding ring or any type of jewelry, for that matter. If you decide to go there, you MUST ask for Mark! He is incredibly knowledgeable, and we had the best experience. My husband didn't even mind going because Mark is not only knowledgeable but also entertaining. Mark worked with us for hours to find the perfect ring and was there to share my excitement when we went back to pick it up. Go see Mark at Shane Co, you will not be disappointed.

  We came in looking for a wedding ring. We requested to work with Mark because of the excellent experience our son and daughter-in-law had with him. He did not disappoint! We told him what we were looking for and he educated us on the different styles and shapes of diamonds. There was no pressure and he made it a great experience for us as well! I would recommend Mark and the Shane Co to anyone asking!
