  Clearly I am not the only one to share this sentiment, but Parker Gamm is an asset to Shane Company. I greatly appreciated the time and effort he put into my visit. I was incredibly indecisive but he never made me feel like I was a burden. He has such a presence in the space, exudes passion, and definitely knows his stuff. I already highly recommend Shane Co, but Parker offers that human connection I think everyone deserves. The next time I come back to the store I hope I am able to work with him again.

  I originally visited the Shane Co. to celebrate a wonderful occasion and the customer service was top tier. The next time I visited the Shane Co., the occasion was not so great, but that didn't stop the consistency of the awsome customer service displayed...they even helped me to have a better day with an awsome new product!

  My fiancee and I got our engagement rings here and one of my wedding bands. They were the only place that actually listened to what we wanted. We never felt judged for being a queer couple which we were at other places. Everyone is so incredibly kind and welcoming. Our rings are gorgeous. They forget the engraving on our rings at first and fixed it fast and asked if we needed them rushed. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to get jewelry here.

  Parker spent over an hour with me. He cleaned all my rings took them in and had things adjusted that needed to be fixed. It's me and my husband's 10 year anniversary so we spent time with me picking out a couple bands that I could say for my husband, as well as I was trying to find something for my hubby as well. He did an excellent job and I had him save all my information. We've been coming here for years, and I will continue to come here for the excellent service. And will continue to see my family and friends to Shane CO. Everything

  I visited Shane Co. for an engagement ring. From the very beginning to the end, it was a very pleasant, welcoming environment. The staff is absolutely amazing. The jewelry consultant that I had the pleasure of working with was Mark Mabry. He was absolutely amazing to work with in all aspects of the visit. He is Attentive and understanding with what you are looking for. No matter how many questions you have, he always has a positive attitude and will answer them all. He is a consultant that makes the visit solely about the special moment in your life. This visit was already an exciting moment, but with the help of Mark, he made it such a beautiful experience. I would highly recommend Shane Co. for any of your jewelry needs, Especially if you are working with Mark.
